Our daily order cutoff time is 17:00 Pacific Time.

Orders placed after the daily cutoff time may begin processing on the next business day.

Order processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders placed through Yonglian are shipped from our U.S. warehouse.

Our estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after shipment.

The estimated delivery period does not include the 1–3 business days required for order processing.

Therefore, the total estimated time from placing an order to delivery is generally 6–13 business days, depending on the actual processing and delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

10. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with address changes before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has entered the shipping process.

11. PAYMENT

Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available during checkout.

Do not send returns to our U.S. warehouse and customer service center unless Yonglian customer service specifically instructs you to do so.
